Do you buy organic food?
I just read that nine of the ten most used are the most common pesticides suitable for obesity, and apples are a pesticide in most foods on the market. I have organic apples. I just need to buy one or two. The scientists have invented a new term of these chemicals (endocrine disrupters-EDC) – "obesogenic" – because "it can lead to weight gain and obesity. Wow. Not only can life be Simple?
No, I do. I have an apple and a vegetable garden and are much better than anything you can buy in a store. I do not eat red meat very often, except for some deer I killed. I brought a hundred pounds of salmon and halibut in Alaska last summer and do not eat farmed salmon, if one come real. I take all my fish at the local level and the difference to get from the store is amazing.
