How to tell my friend that she should stop dieting?
One of my friends was a plan for a year and have not been eating carbohydrates breakfast or lunch since. Two weeks ago, put a mark on his arm (with a pen, not important) and the brand has not disappeared yet. His skin is pale and very unhealthy. She is very sensitive on the subject of weight.
